Traveling to Tuck

Tuck is located on the Dartmouth College campus in Hanover, NH, near the intersection of Interstates 89 and 91. We're 2 hours by car from Boston, 5 hours from New York, and 3.5 hours from Montréal, Quebec. Ride shares are limited in and around Hanover and we are not able to provide transportation to/from the Lebanon airport. Below are your travel options so you can begin planning your visit.

As you make your plans to get to and from Tuck, please review the schedule. All attendees should plan to be at Tuck on Friday, September 19 by 9 AM and depart on Saturday, September 20 at 4 PM ET.

Option 1: Tuck-sponsored charter bus Tuck will charter a bus between Hanover and Boston, MA or New York City, NY. The cost of these buses will be covered by Tuck and seats will be provided for attendees only.

The NYC charter bus departs (150 East 42nd Street, across from the Chrysler Building) at 5 AM arriving to Tuck by 10:30 AM on Friday, September 19.
The Boston charter bus departs Boston South Station at 7:30 AM arriving to Tuck by 10 AM on Friday, September 19.
Both the NYC and Boston charter buses will depart Tuck at 4 PM on Saturday, September 20.

Option 2: Plan your own travel If you choose not to take the Tuck-sponsored charter bus from Boston or NYC, we recommend planning your travel ASAP. Tuck is unable to provide travel accommodation stipends for this event.

Option 1: Tuck-sponsored lodging Tuck will provide free double occupancy lodging for attendees for those choosing this option at the Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Lebanon. Housing details will be shared with those confirmed in Tuck-sponsored lodging closer to the event. Let us know if you have any questions.

While you will have your own bed, you may be assigned to share a room with one other attendee. If you know someone attending this event, you may indicate a roommate preference and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Should you choose to bring your partner with you to Hanover, you will need to arrange your own accommodations and travel to/from campus. Unfortunately, event programming and the charter bus is limited to registered attendees only.
A shuttle bus to/from the Hilton Garden Inn to/from Tuck will be provided during this event.

Option 2: Arrange your own lodging If you do not wish to share a room with another attendee, you have the option to arrange and pay for your own lodging for the event. We will run shuttles between Tuck and the Hilton Garden Inn, but we do not provide transportation to other hotels.
